Iowa has a low unemployment number while other states are much higher. Match that fact with, due to military draw-downs, a large number of well trained individuals are coming home from active military duty. Home Base Iowa is a win, win, win for business, returning veterans and the communities that take part.  Meet Kathy Anderson the point person for the program launched by Gov.
