I remember the first time I said yes to putting on a seminar. My colleagues just assumed I had spoken in front of a crowd many times before because of my outgoing personality but the truth was other than singing in the choir I had never spoke on stage and I had always been terrified in school years when I had to present or read a speech in front of the class. My nerves ALWAYS got the best of me and my hands would shake like trembling leaves in the wind on a thin branch.
But my YES came out loud and bold and full of confidence this time. It felt right and I knew it was time. I was finally in my element.
The day of the seminar came and I walked straight up in-front of the audience and steadily gave a phenomenal, motivating and educational nutrition seminar and never shook once.
I want to share my story of how I went from not wanting to be in the spotlight because of nerves and fear of failure to feeling at home and confidant in the light. That seminar was the beginning of many appearances from stages to television to having my own show. I’ve invited, special guest Adrienne Lloren to share about her YouTube channel and Telesummit Series journey to offer an even broader social media platform experience!
