EPISODE 204: GLORY

At the height of the Civil War, Col. Robert Shaw leads the first all-black volunteer company into battle.  As they fight prejudice along the way not only from the Confederates, but their own Union Army, the men come together to form bonds like no other, gain courage amongst their piers, & become an inspiration to many others throughout the war.  This is the story of the 54th Massachuesetts Infantry as told by director Edward Zwick & starring Matthew Broderick, Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington & many more in the 1989 classic, Glory!
