It’s Monday, Let’s raise a glass to the beginning of another week. It’s time to unscrew, uncork or saber a bottle and let’s begin Exploring the Wine Glass! Today I sit down with David Parker founder and CEO of Benchmark Wine Group, located in Napa Valley. Benchmark Wine Group is the leading source of fine and rare wine for wine retailers, restaurants and collectors around the world.
We discuss how to begin collecting wine, some suggestions for not only varietals but regions that will age well and provide the best bang for your buck if you add them to your collection. David also shares his knowledge of the best conditions to store wine to allow them to age properly and how all wines worthy of collecting do not need to be hundreds of dollars.
