Everything is energy.  Everything physical and non-physical.  That means our thoughts, feelings and actions are also energy!

Think of energy as how you want to show up in the world.  All energies serve a purpose.  Some energy is more sustainable long term than others.  Other energy should only be utilized in the short term because it can be destructive.

It’s important to harmonize energies.  Inspired energy should feel light, flowing, calming and peaceful.
