In this episode, Dawn talks to Linda Baston-Pitt, the driving force behind the development of the national PANCo role in Early Years and CEO of Purple Bee Learning. Linda has been supporting Early Years settings across the UK and beyond to develop their wellbeing strategies and co-founded the PANCo qualification, developed by CACHE. 

Dawn and Linda talk about physical activity and nutrition, how wellbeing starts with staff and the benefits of involving staff in initiatives from the development stage.  Linda also talks about her transition to Early Years from her career as a Nurse and how staff retention can be positively influenced with proper CPD and staff development.
