The Young and the Restless continues to deliver a riveting storyline as Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) seeks help from Dr. Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins), who unexpectedly arrives in Genoa City. The mysterious Claire Howard (Hayley Erin) remains missing, leading to a tense standoff between her father, Cole Howard (J Eddie Peck), and the unyielding Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Meanwhile, a visibly distressed Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) spirals out of control, causing deep concern for her close friend Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). 

Next week's spoilers hint at more dramatic developments. Ashley appears to be meeting with Dr. Laurent under the guise of one of her assumed personalities, Belle.
