There is a process that though its seems unbearable at the moment, in the end it will produce a certain fragrance out of our lives that will be a testimony that honors Christ and prepares you for the work God has for you. God doesn't crush you to ruin you, He crushes you to perfect you and to conform you into the image of Christ who lives inside of you.
