Cheers Everybody! We celebrate the 1 year anniversary (sadly a few days late) of Craft Beer Chronicles with our first interview with a local brewer. However, this is not just any local brewer, this is Brendan Gough the Head Brewer of Central Coast Brewing, a multi time Great American Beer Festival medal winning Brewery. We talk about local craft beer news, his beginnings in craft beer, and other interesting stories about his experiences working in the craft beer industry. We discuss Central Coast Brewing's 20th Anniversary Event in March and some of the amazing things their new facility will offer to local craft beer fanatics. Finally, Brendan answers some questions asked by local craft beer enthusiasts and answers quite possibly the most difficult Binge, Bong, Bail scenario yet.
