This Week, Dr. Summer Watson talks with Sejal Thakkar, who is an employment lawyer and founder and Chief Civility Officer of TrainXtra. Sejal was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Cum Laude from Northern Illinois College of Law.

Sejal talks about her journey of growing up in Chicago, her parents immigration to the U.S., being born in the U.S. and the cultural impact, her experience in the San Francisco Bay area, and her extensive experience in the employment law arena.
