ABI Interviews Steven and Nicolas of Canton Brasse

In French, Canton Brasse sounds like "when we brew" but what it means is that tasty new beers are being created in the Eastern Townships (Cantons-de-l'Est), more specifically in Canton d'Orford. Working with his family and his friends Nicolas and Hugo, head brewer Nicolas Bernier Tanguay changed the business to exclusively sell growlers during the pandemic. This was a blessing in disguise as the brewpub became the cool gathering spot in downtown Orford.
