Jason Blaquiere is a self-described 'introverted extrovert' who has found his balance between career and family. 
He is a part-time sports enthusiast—whether it's CrossFit, golf, or hockey—and a proud board game nerd, he brings the same competitive spirit to all his pursuits. He’s also a family man, married to Marika and dad to Thomas, with a soon-to-arrive baby girl joining the family in February 2025, and their trusty dog, Hunter.
After over a decade as a professional engineer, he made a bold career change in 2021, stepping away from engineering to start his own home inspection business. This switch wasn’t easy, but it’s brought a new level of work-life balance he’d been searching for. Now, he gets to help people in one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying a home. His mission is to make clients feel like family, taking pride in guiding them through every detail of their new home’s condition and providing support long after the inspection is over.
