Description: Michele Snow brings the best of both worlds (civilian crime analysis and sworn law enforcement) in this jam packed episode about a federal extortion investigation, DDACTS to address violent crimes, and how she saved a life. Michele is trained as an analyst and officer, bringing in her expertise from both to investigate and solve cases over her 16 (and counting) years in law enforcement. Michele and Jason also address the potential awkwardness that comes from promoting within where one goes from coworker to supervisor, and her experience handling it; she also explains how she handles a decentralized unit throughout the state. Michele is currently a Program Manager II for Signal Four Analytics with the University of Florida, as well as a SME DDACTS Instructor for International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement (IADLEST).
