Our guest this week is Maria Garcia who is a Certified WILDFIT Coach. She tells us, "I'm helping people develop a new relationship with food". The WILDFIT program helps clients to, "return to eating the way Mother Nature intended". Maria goes on, "Clients actually learn to crave whole foods". Her vision for the future includes, "A world where Big Pharma is no longer at the forefront of our health....instead, people are empowered to  take care of themselves".
