Words are filtered through the lens of our past hurts, present healing, perspective on an issue, and relationship with the person said or wrote them. We may not like all of the feedback we get. We don’t even have to like or agree with it. But, it doesn’t mean that it wasn’t true from the perspective of the person who gave it to us. Join me today as I share my personal journey dealing with words that hurt.
