It’s time for you to get up and move your body! You don’t need an exercise program to get the benefits of movement - you just need to go for a walk!
Walking is probably my favorite form of self-care. I swear I could stroll around town for hours, by myself, with my dog ChaCha, with my mom, with a friend… I walk and talk, walk and work, walk and think, walk and breathe… and I HIGHLY encourage you to give it a try, too!
