How happy are you, really?
Take one walk through the bestseller section of the bookstore, and it’s easy to see that the pursuit of happiness is a popular topic!
It’s true - happiness and inner peace is something that all of us want, but it seems to be elusive to many.
There seems to be no “secret” to achieving true happiness - there’s no magic pill, no daily ritual, no amount of money, or anything else that will guarantee a fulfilling experience here on earth.
But what if someone told you, that you could be happy no matter what?
Regardless of what we are led to believe, our experience of life is largely dependent upon our interpretation of life’s events. That means, that no matter what happens, it is how we choose to see the ins and outs of our life journey.
It is through the practice of present moment living that we begin to slow down our knee-jerk reactions to what life brings our way. It is in the heart of mindfulness that we reach clarity, and are finally able to choose how we experience our walk here on the planet.
