There are many ways to develop your professional capabilities, and most require an investment of time, energy and/or money.  Even if your company won’t flip the bill to invest in your development, you have to invest in yourself.

It’s not about spending hundreds of dollars. There are videos on youtube and free webinars out there that you can access for free. There are books under $20 and there are people out there whom you can learn from for free.
