Amy Linsmeyer is letting us in on all the details about her growth journey. 

 

Amy had her first non-abusive relationship when she was thirty-one years old. Yet while the relationship was non-abusive, she still felt stuck in a place where she couldn’t be her true self. One day she woke up and realized she needed out. Amy learned a lot on her growth journey to become the woman she wanted to be and realize she is worth more than the scraps of her past. 

 

Amy now helps others create a life they love and quit settling for what their past has left them.
