In this episode I talk with Harry Sherwood who has spent the last decade searching for enlightenment. He's lived with and learned from monks, yogis, martial arts masters, professors, and psychologists, practiced thousands of hours of meditation, studied Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Kriya Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and psychology. He's taken part in shamanic ceremonies, tribal ceremonies, plant-medicine ceremonies, and funeral ceremonies ranging from China to Ghana to Indonesia to California. The culmination of these experiences led him to found Consciously.org, where along with Melanie McDaniel he guides people into fulfillment, transformation, and expanded awareness in mind, body, and spirit. They are also now offering an online group meditation for anyone who would find value in it, which is very important right now!
This episode also marks MY BIRTHDAY! Grab a piece of cake and listen in on this GREAT conversation.
