Two— A college in Michigan—is telling its returning students either you stay on campus all the time or you will be suspended from school—they are requiring students to carry a tracking app in their phones—or get kicked out— 

 

One— Day 3 of The Democratic National Convention—may prove to be the high water mark for the Democrats—

 

The big event the speech by Kamala Harris who has been Joe Bidens running mate for more than a week—but so far neither has given an interview
