[8/15/2021 AM] Jesus Loves Us Anyway (Matthew 26:31-35)

Some Christians talk a lot about victory. However, Christians who know themselves well understand that victory is a goal, but defeat is more common. More of the Christian life is learning to overcome spiritual defeat than in dealing with pride in spiritual victories. What a blessing to read that the disciples, just like us, were prone to spiritual defeat and that Jesus did not abandon them just because they abandoned Him.
