An Ultra Marathon for The Kids Worldwide - Aum Gandhi

Aum and I recently connected through social media and linked up to chat about mental health, and his past with depression and anxiety.

 

He happens to do ultra marathons to raise money for the RIchstone Family, which is an organization that deals with child abuse and generational trauma.
