Cogitations e141: about how we read things

Evidently a few years ago I shared a meme that had the results of a poll. The meme sounded good and illustrated a point that needed to be made. However, I did a cursory google search and found that the poll on which the meme was based had never happened. It was a total sham. This is the occasion of today's episode of Cogitations.
