I couldn't sleep last night, and I started thinking about an episode of the Bachelor I watched yesterday. One girl was stirring up a LOT of drama in the house, and it made the whole vibe so uncomfortable. When she was called out for being a bully, she denied it and cried because she couldn't believe in "such an accusation".
It made me think about how easy it is for us to create a toxic environment for ourselves and the people around us without even being aware of it.
