• tend have a plan before they ever go somewhere
• place relationships in a secondary position to projects
• move from project to project, place to place...ie climbing the ladder
• can make themselves obsolete.

 

Are your accomplishments people-based or project-based?

 

While churches needs to complete projects, our role is to invest in and equip disciples.
