On Palm Sunday, we celebrate Jesus as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords who entered Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives to the cries of Hosannah from the multitudes, but we also recognize that Jesus knew something they didn’t – that He would soon “endure the cross, scorning its shame” in order to open the way to God for all of us.
