It's a Man's World. That doesn't mean the world doesn't chew them up and spit them out. Men over 50 have the highest suicide rates. Societal messages haven't taught men how to reach out for nor accept help. Whether our spouses, sons, fathers or friends, there are men in the lives of women who need help. Some may not even know it.
