Father Koys is back with us after a period of absence taking care of things and helping out many these days, he is back with us again on this Wednesday. He’s, as always, happy to be here and today by looking back into history, he goes looking back in 1997 and another about 500 years in the past, First focusing on 1997 with talking about how and when John Denver passed away and with this in mind, Father Koys talks about the John Denver tribute festival that was in Aspen, Colorado and he visited and had a great time at. He also talks about those that have done concerts to pay tribute to John Denver. Father Koys also talks about the many songs written and performed by John Denver, many are favorites of his and he shares some of the meaning surrounding them, as well as themes too. He also shares some facts about John Denver’s personal life, which relates to many people in the world today, such as the troubles, divorce, and other negative things life drugs, but also positive facts and the idea of recovery and showing the appreciation of things provided to us by God. After the first break, Father Koys talks about the personal affects that came up with John Denver when he went through his divorce, showing how it affected him and his music. This discussion goes further with talking about admiration and adoration, not only in terms of the world, but with God and our Faith. As the show goes, as promised, Father Koys goes further back into history, around the 1500s and talks about some of the figures in that era, such as Emperor Charles V.
