We've all seen them. Most have taken a Personality Test in some form, whether Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, StrengthFinders, or even Christian "Spiritual gifts tests."

Do personally tests have insight for us? Or do they merely provide sophisticated excuses to not grow and change?
