Karen & Janet start off this week's podcast with information they received during their trip to Sacramento, essential news for buyers, renters and landlords!  Their first guest is Kevin Brannon with Reel Guppies, a program for kids and families that teaches them how to "Catch A Memory"... Reel Guppies takes kids and families on fishing adventures from the shore to piers, boats and out to the islands too!  The program helps kids build confidence, educates us about local fishing environments and gets kids away from their screens and into nature, right here in Ventura County!
