What happens to people who trust and follow Jesus for a long time? They get better, because they become more like Jesus over time. We will see this happen in the life of the Apostle Peter today. Old Peter was not the same man Young Peter had been, because the Lord’s work of progressive sanctification in him had truly transformed him. The same can (and should) be true for all of us.
