  The prodigal son tries to bring his father into his world of sorrow, guilt, judgment, and punishment by saying I'm not worthy, I have sinned. But the father brings the son into his world where relationship is established on forgiveness, reconciliation, and unconditional love, not guilt and shame and condemnation. There is no condemnation in Christ. You've been swept up into the arms of the Father who is unconditional love. You've been carried home by his own doing, he did it. It is right to celebrate!
