Mid-Session 14 Aug 18: ASX 200 edges closer to 6,300

The local sharemarket has regained yesterday’s losses, shrugging off a weak lead from Wall Street. Banks & miners are supporting the market, while Domino’s Pizza, Cochlear and Challenger are plunging on disappointing earnings results.
