#IYP Ignite Your Purpose Daily Chat The reason we started the Ignite Your Purpose Show was to educate...for sure there is a ton...I mean a ton of info out there on any and all topics under the sun! Yet that must also mean there is a ton of Confusion - In a chat I had today I was told by a friend that they have been eating clean for over a year.... If nothing else in my mentorship in soto zen and the health studies that I do have taught me is this "The Body Never lies" we sure do, but the body does not! one step at a time.......
