How to be there for someone dealing with a tragedy and how to make a difference in your community with GQ

From corporate America to barber/salon owner to now mayor of La Puente which is my hometown and where i met Gabriel back in Jr high. I got the privilege of picking Gabriels mind on topics like sexuality, community, famil, politics, how to mange grieving a loss and how to contribute to others going through it themselves. Gabriel has been a brand ambassador and educator for Johnny B hair care for over 15 years and has traveled all over the world contributing to students in the hair industry. He's owned his own barbershop/salon since 2007. He's currently the mayor of La Puente, CA and He's one of the most genuine souls I know. I had such a great time!
