EP 47 - The 4 Intimacy Styles - with Dr. Viviana Coles

I don't know if I can contain my excitement about this episode....I have been lookin' forward to this one being published since the second I hit the stop recording button.....because the topic is SEX and INTIMACY, and let's be really REAL for a minute....both are incredibly important, am I right?!

 

My guest today knows her stuff and I am still sitting here in a cloud of GRATITUDE that she came on my podcast to chat.

 

Dr. Viviana Coles is here...she is President and Lead Psychologist at her private practice in Houston as well as President of the National Sex Institute, and has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's and Doctoral Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Certified Sex Therapist......so yeah she knows A LOT about Sex and Intimacy and she is here to TEACH US so much goodness. And she gave me permission to call her Dr. Viv so that's what I'm going to call her!

 

Since 2003, Dr. Viviana Coles has exclusively focused on her work with couples and individuals experiencing emotional and physical intimacy issues. She has built a thriving private practice providing relationship therapy, sex therapy, and premarital counselling. Dr. Viviana is currently a featured marriage and intimacy expert on Lifetime’s hit show “Married at First Sight” and “Married at First Sight: Unmatchable's.” 

 

And last but not least....Dr. Viv has written what I am predicting is the next "5 Love Languages" book in terms of scale and readership....her book is called "The 4 Intimacy Styles" and it will be out this August. I had the honour of getting a copy early to read and I cannot wait for everyone to read this book. So let's get to this interview!!
