In this episode, we interview a Dallas legend, Mr. Scottie Smith.  Scottie is a real estate developer that has changed the face of the South Dallas Area by purchasing over 100 lots and developing over 48 new builds that have increased the property value astronomical. He began buying lots for $500 in 2015 since then lots have grown to $60,000 in value. We speak about how you can become a major developer in your area, how to work with the city, and how to fund your projects. Scottie also speaks about his crowdfunding campaign “The Retreat at Lake Noire” an off-the-grid getaway of 20 tiny homes and a man-made lake.  The Retreat at Lake Noire is allow investors to get in on the ground floor at only $1000.
