Mother's Day. Mother's Day can be a very difficult day for many of us and for many different reasons. Some of us carry a shame and stigma about Mother's Day. While people are celebrating with their moms, some are not. Maybe they've gone "no contact." Maybe their mom has passed. Still some will celebrate tho be a the wrath of the trauma.

This Mother's Day, I decided to share part of my story. A kept promise to a wonderful person who thinks I should do so. That this part of my story may resonate and even be helpful.
