Marty and Rachel join us once again to taste how much of a difference an additional year of aging does to the Pinhook’s Bourbon War 7-Year Bourbon, which Breaking Bourbon calls “One of the most intriguing large-scale experiments in recent Bourbon history.” So, not only do we taste the 7 Year, but we also have a bit of the 6-Year and the 5-Year to compare.
