Market Close 14 Nov 18: Market drops 1.7% adding to yesterday’s 1.8% slump

The selling continued on Wednesday with the ASX 200 dropping 1.7%, adding to Tuesday’s 1.8% fall. Energy stocks were hit hard after the price of oil plunged 7% overnight to a one-year low on expectations of weakening global demand.
