A ten minute guided breathing meditation experience which includes a body relaxation and a gentle focus on the breath. We invite you to take some time in your day just to BE. In doing so we are more able to be centered and to hear the voice of the Spirit within. This is the  voice that reminds us of our goodness and calls us out into mission.
