Brexit House of Commons Votes Labelled ”Chaotic” by Independent MEP

MEP Marian Harkin has described the approach to Brexit in the British House of Commons as chaotic. 

It is after the UK government avoided defeat on the EU Withdrawal Bill yesterday. 

While today there was a walkout by members of the SNP during Prime Minister's Questions, in another Brexit row. 

Independent MEP for Midlands North-West, Marian Harkin,  says there appears to be chaos in the UK over the issue:
