COS Legacy: Electing the Convention President - Article V Convention Simulation 2023 Ep.2

In this opening plenary session, three candidates for convention president give speeches, and the delegations vote (state by state) to elect their officers. Hosted by Convention of States Foundation in August of 2023, the Article V Convention Simulation was held in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia.
