Just yesterday we had a national story about how rentals are outpacing home ownership. We reached out to Lance Hanson from ReMax Real Estate Concepts to ask him if that trend was also something local to the Des Moines Metro.  We talked about that and then Tim Meline a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity joined us to talk about their latest project.
