In this episode, we sit down with MJ from Toll Brothers. MJ is a powerhouse and is the embodiment of a strong woman and a true boss lady. At one point just to keep things together MJ had to work 4 jobs. She shares with us a wealth of knowledge, from how she offers her clients concierge personal service and goes above and beyond to new construction. She offers tips to keep builders and new construction sales agents from stealing your clients who go to see without you and also how to schmooze new sales agents to entice them to want to work together.
