Hope you are having a great start to your week.

Today I am chatting about direction, choosing which way to go.

I love the verse in Matthew 7: 13-14 

Choosing the hard things in life is just that HARD but they lead to life.

Making the choice to workout and eat well is HARD but it will lead you to life.

If you are faced with choosing a hard or easy path feel assured that the HARD choice will be the choice that leads to you life and not destruction.
