This week I share the four lessons that motherhood has taught me so far and how you can apply these lessons into your own life. I knew that becoming a mom would shift my perspective in a good way and now I hope to use this different perspective to help you! In this episode I share the four lessons I have learned so far!

1. Hard things are not "bad" things. The lesson for you? How to embrace a challenge and know it's leading to BETTER things!

2. Communication is key to well, everything! The lesson for you? Speak up and actually say what you want and need! Life changing!

3. Treat yourself like you'd want your child treat herself. The lesson for you? Woah, you better take care of yourself because it means WAY more now!

4. Selflessness is great, but don't lose your identity! The lesson for you? Truly, find something that lights you up and lean into it!
