State of the States 28 Jan 20: Victoria leads, from Tasmania

VIC remains the best performing economy. TAS has held on to second spot from NSW but there is little separating the states. The ACT is solidly in fourth position. Then there is a gap to QLD & SA. And in the fourth grouping is WA & the NT.
