Yvonne Tally is the author of Breaking Up with Busy and has been a healthy lifestyle coach for nearly twenty years. She is a cofounder of Poised Inc., which, among many other things, offers Pilates training to cancer survivors through the Stanford University Cancer Center, and the founder of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Scarves, a charity that provides headscarves to cancer patients. The Meditation and De-Stressing Specialist for the city of Palo Alto, Yvonne Tally lives in Northern California.
